Susan Nelson Anderson far exceeded our expectations of a realtor. Late in life, we are relocating from San Francisco to Albuquerque -- a big and sensitive change. Susan carefully surveyed all the possibilities Albuquerque hold for us, guiding us to consider many different neighborhoods and showing us a variety of homes. In the end, we made an offer on a house that exactly suits our needs (which are considerable because of accessibility requirements) in a neighborhood we feel sure is exactly right for us. She handled negotiations and all the many details of repairs expertly, going overboard especially because we were not in New Mexico. I recommend Susan unequivocally!

Our agent, Susan Nelson Anderson was excellent throughout our first entire homebuying process. We looked for homes with her in the Albuquerque area for 9 months! Susan was incredibly patient despite how picky we were and how much time we took to find something we really liked, and made sure we didnt settle for a house that wasn't a great fit. She very quickly could pick out a home's unique features as well as things that at first go unnoticed, but might be big annoyances down the line. During the closing process, she communicated all the processes clearly and gave us excellent advice during negotiations. Susan clearly has a wealth of experience and is a true expert! Overall, we cannot recommend her highly enough to homebuyers in the Albuquerque area.

Most importantly Susan did not push me to have my dad’s house ready to sell before I was ready. She anticipated and had solutions for every roadblock that could have stalled the selling of the house. She fought for us and had 5 bona fide offers, 3 significantly higher than the asking price. She took the time to explain every step, especially understanding the strengths of each offer. I will use her again when needed and have already given her name as a reference.

As is her practice, Susan Nelson-Anderson went above and beyond in ensuring we received the best price for the sale our house to as well ensuring that the buyer would be satisfied with the house on move-in day. Susan and her team are a rare high quality find in the world of realtors and I would highly recommend using her for both buying and selling a property. Please note that 10 years ago, after an extensive search of properties, Susan put us in the house that she just sold for us--the one generating this review. Susan has always been kind, patient, and very understanding of the highly atypical schedules that my wife and I keep. Susan's dedication, expertise, knowledge, and pointed candor have always made her a pleasure to work with. Susan Nelson Anderson has been my realtor on 5 different transactions over the last 19 years. She is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable, and stay in close contact with her clients.
