Susan was extremely well informed, patient, and diligent through my entire house buying experience. In a tough market, Susan and I had success in finding a house that suited my specific needs and wants. We started the search sometime before COVID, looking for: A house not too far from work, preferably single floor, AND a horse property. I’m new to the Albuquerque area and her experience and knowledge were critical. The house I bought wasn’t included in my search criteria, but Susan thought it might suit the bill. I’m glad she did because it worked out great (and well within my search needs, too.) It is even in my preferred area! Susan worked through many showings and several offers over a long period of time. Susan Nelson Anderson far exceeded our expectations of a realtor. Late in life, we are relocating from San Francisco to Albuquerque -- a big and sensitive change. Susan carefully surveyed all the possibilities Albuquerque hold for us, guiding us to consider many different neighborhoods and showing us a variety of homes. Our agent, Susan Nelson Anderson was excellent throughout our first entire homebuying process. We looked for homes with her in the Albuquerque area for 9 months! Susan was incredibly patient despite how picky we were and how much time we took to find something we really liked, and made sure we didnt settle for a house that wasn't a great fit. She very quickly could pick out a home's unique features as well as things that at first go unnoticed, but might be big annoyances down the line. During the closing process, she communicated all the processes clearly and gave us excellent advice during negotiations. Susan clearly has a wealth of experience and is a true expert! Overall, we cannot recommend her highly enough to homebuyers in the Albuquerque area.
